These are the conditions and corresponding refund rates that we follow according to how soon you can notify us of your plans to cancel:
- Case 1: More than 15 days before the tour date, you’ll receive a full refund, including the deposit.
- Case 2: 15 or less than 15 days from the actual tour date – We keep the deposit and will return the rest to you
- Case 3: Actual tour date – We keep everything (100%)
