Pricing

Prices are different per month and are usually available 1.5 months before (e.g. you can start asking about December prices after mid-October).

Our peak pricing is during weekends, public holidays, and school holidays (including Singaporean public holidays and school holidays).

We see the most requests towards the middle and end of the year.

We don’t have all-inclusive or fixed packages. Our most common tours are day trips from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands. Followed by Ipoh day tours.

Our tours have flexible itineraries that depend on your preferences, and the individual guide as well as external factors like weather, traffic or opening and closing times of attractions, etc.

Do let us know ahead if you had specific places you would like to go to (or don’t want to go to) and your respective guide will accommodate your plan to the best of their knowledge and experience.

Our tours typically start at 8.30am from Ipoh and end around 6pm. Again, this may be earlier or later depending on weather and traffic (more so for day tours to Ipoh to Cameron highlands).

Prices for our tours include:

  • a suitable sized vehicle plus petrol, parking fees and toll fees (where applicable),
  • and a local experienced guide (our guides are based in Perak)
  • pick up from anywhere in Ipoh at 8:30am
  • drop off anywhere in Ipoh (or Cameron Highlands if you have booked the respective tour with us)

Our price does not include the cost of your meals, accommodation, applicable entrance fees or your personal expenses.

And since our guides are based in Perak, there will be additional charges to cover their accommodation if they have to stay overnight out of Perak.

We charge by day. And firmly stick to this rule during the peak season. But there is room for negotiation if your dates are in off peak season.

Group Tours

Most of our tours are under 11 pax. If you have group sizes that are larger than this, please leave us an inquiry in our WhatsApp.

No, because we do not offer mixed group tours. All our tours are private tours which can be expensive for group sizes below 3 pax.

Payment

Besides cash for the balance payment, we require booking deposits to be made via bank transfer (we have both Singaporean and Malaysian bank accounts) or through PayPal.

Refunds

Yes, but please inform us 15 days before your tour date. Please refer to our full refund policy here.

Please inform us of your new tour date at your earliest convenience. We will then check for availability and inform you accordingly. Please note that there may be an additional cost depending on our resources for that day.

Other Questions

Expect to be outdoors for most of the day. In Ipoh, this means comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent at the ready.

We may provide bottled water during the tours, but we highly encourage our customers to bring their own bottles as this is more environmentally friendly.

Our guides usually keep spare umbrellas in case of rain.

We have guides that can speak English, Tamil, Malay, Hokkien, Cantonese and Mandarin. Do state your preference before booking a tour with us.

Our English/ Chinese speaking guides are usually in high demand during peak seasons.

Baby car seats are subject to availability. And we may charge extra if you wish to rent them. It is best that you bring your own since we cannot guarantee that they will fit your baby.

We have Perodua Bezza, Perodua Alza, Toyota Innova, Toyota Alphard, Toyota Vellfire in addition to commercial tour vans. If you have a preference in choice of vehicle, do let us know during the booking process.
