How To Book

Here’s how to book a tour:

  • Step 1 – Decide where you want to go. Is it a day trip in Cameron Highlands from Ipoh or a full day tour in Ipoh?
  • Step 2 – Contact us via WhatsApp. If you have questions, you might want to visit our FAQ section first.
  • Step 3 – Prepare some details – your intended travel dates, pick up location (if you don’t know this yet, that is fine), group size and where you want to go. You may also let us know if you have a baby or elderly members in your group. And if you have any special dietary requirements. Besides these, your language preference and luggage are other important details that we need to know. Especially in peak seasons.
  • Step 4 – Book your dates – Bookings are not confirmed until we have acknowledged payment (in writing via WhatsApp) of the booking deposit. This is typically 10 to 20% of the final quote.
  • Step 5 – After payment is confirmed, we will send you an acknowledgment that the payment has been received. You will receive the guide and vehicle details as your tour date approaches. Don’t forget to bookmark the date in your calendar!
  • Step 6 – Complete the balance payment upon pick up. Enjoy the tour!
